LightLeapAI® Insurance Commitments
N2N will maintain the following coverage during each Subscription Term and for two (2) years after, with insurers rated A-VII or better by A.M. Best:

| Technology Errors & Omissions (including AI-generated outputs) | $5,000,000 per claim / aggregate |
| Cyber Liability (privacy, network security, breach response, regulatory defense) | $5,000,000 per claim / aggregate |
The Customer and its trustees, officers, and employees will be named as additional insureds on the Commercial General Liability and Automobile policies, on a primary and non-contributory basis. Claims-made coverage will be maintained, or an extended reporting period purchased, for three (3) years after the last Order Form ends. N2N will provide certificates of insurance within ten (10) business days after request and will notify the Customer within thirty (30) days after any cancellation or material reduction in required coverage.
